Public beta privacy policy, updated 2026-10-28. It will be revised and published on this page before paid service launches.
- Account information: the name and email you provide at sign-up, and your password in hashed form, used for sign-in and account management.
- Sign-in sessions: the IP address and browser identifier of each session, used to keep you signed in and for security investigations; not used after the session expires or you sign out.
- Project data: projects, versions, uploaded files, members and invitations, messages and feedback you save, used only to serve you and the members you invite.
- Anonymous visit statistics: page group, referring domain and a visitor digest that rotates daily, used to understand how many people visit and use the service. No IP address, browser identifier or account is stored, and different days cannot be linked. Nothing is counted when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
- To provide sign-in, project storage, version history and collaboration;
- To enforce membership quotas and usage metering;
- To troubleshoot, measure usage and improve the product.
We do not sell your data and do not use third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
All data of the SuanpanCalc public beta (suanpancalc.com) is stored on cloud servers in Singapore. For private customer deployments, data stays on that customer's own servers under the customer's terms.
- Account and project data: kept until you delete your account. Deleted projects go to the recycle bin first, and you can purge them at any time.
- Deleting your account: after signing in, click the feedback button ("Report an issue") at the top right of the workspace and write "delete my account". Within 30 days we delete your account, sessions and all projects and files you own, and notify you by in-app message. Projects owned by others in which you are a member remain under their owners' control.
- Anonymous visit statistics: deleted automatically after 180 days.
The public beta does not send your project data to third-party models or other external services. Any such transfer requires your separate prior consent.
